Volume 19 Number 9-10 * November-December 2004

Welcome to the Fourth issue in our four-part series on Making Kyoto Happen. In this issue, we look at technology, both new and old, that individuals and communities can consider adopting to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We hope that you will take inspiration from these articles, and share the information with your friends and neighbours.

If you are travelling to a far-off (or not so far-off) place, or just staying here at home, take a photo of a friend or new acquaintance reading the PEN and send it to us. Let us know where it is and who they are, and the name of the person who took the photo. We will print the photo in the PEN, to show how the PEN gets around!
