Last August I took part in a cycling tour in Japan of over 540 km from Nagasaki to Hiroshima. I journeyed with 30 medical students from 20 countries, along with 10 Japanese students, of whom three spoke English. We were travelling to attend the International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War biannual Congress. |
