Matt and Lauren speak to the PERC about the Otesha Project's cycling tours, their new format for this local tour, and the focus on food for the Phenomenal Food Tour and Pedal to Plate tours. The interview took place at Tucker House Renewal Centre in Clarence-Rockland. Otesha camped on-site for two nights while visiting area farms; the tour participants gave presentations on sustainable food, transportation, and energy to children in the Country Fun Nature Camp.
