Resource Library

The E-Resource Library is an online educational resource for people interested in environmental and social justice issues. Documents have been gathered from government, non-government and academic sources, providing readers with reports, how-to manuals, information packages and academic papers.

The Peace and Environment Resource Centre (PERC) also has a physical library, which predates our current location, going back as far as 1984 and providing books and resources on peace, social justice, and environmental issues.

Our volunteers have been working diligently to source and upload documents to offer the public a comprehensive online knowledge base on subjects such as food, conservation, pollution and sustainable development. This ongoing project continues to grow.

The uploaded content is currently focused on the environment. We will be adding social justice content in the near future. Be sure to bookmark this page!

Our database has been assembled by a group of volunteers who welcome your feedback. If you are interested in volunteering or contributing to the E-Resource Library, please email:

If you find any broken links or have a suggestion for an excellent resource, please email
